Delete your uLuup account

In the app

1. Open Profile, then Data & Privacy.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Type the word it asks for, and confirm.

It happens while you wait. You do not need to sign in again.

Without the app

Write to admin@uluup.com from the email address of your account, and we will delete it.

What is deleted

• Your goals, steps, seasons, journal entries and photos.
• Your settings, devices and usage counts.
• Then the sign-in account itself.

Good to know

• Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
• The database is backed up weekly, and each backup is kept for 98 days. A deleted account can still exist inside a backup until then. Backups are never used to bring one account back.
• You can download a copy of everything first, under Data & Privacy.
